Recently, my neighbor’s girlfriend took the children to live in the city, I also dreamed of moving to my daughter. And here the children bought a new apartment. I lived in the village all my life. She was born here, she was brought up here. I went to the city, because it was nearby, you can get a minibus in half a hour. She met a future husband. We married almost a year after we started meeting. We lived in a rented apartment, soon planned to buy our own housing, to pay in parts. We both worked, so we started raising money for the first contribution. But it was not 2 years since I became pregnant.

I went to a decree, a man worked. Subsequently, we started lacking money. The man worked a lot, lingered at work until night almost every day. But soon I realized that it was not because the man planned to get an increase, but because of another woman. The man himself told me. He decided to “fool” my head, and just go. So we parted. I returned to the village. Dad was gone at that time, we brought up my daughter with my mother. The ex -husband came to his daughter for the first year, once sent money, and sometimes gifts. And a year later, he began to appear less often, and then stopped coming in general, explained everything simply: his new wife gave birth, now he had neither time nor money for our daughter. Unfortunately or fortunately, my daughter did not even remember her father.

We had such a family all the time: I, mom and Mila. I never found a new man, I devoted my free time to my daughter’s upbringing. I sent her to study to the city, the university, paid for tutors, helped to get a good job. The daughter worked, rented an apartment and often came to me. She soon began to meet a good guy. Sergei wore Mila in his arms, respected both of her, and gave me gifts, helped her with household chores, and when he came to the village, I never lazy, so I did not want my daughter’s best husband. They are now married for 8 years. They grow up a son, already to the first class went. They rent an apartment, but they are delayed on their own. Since I am 60, it is difficult to work in the garden, I have no farms, because I can no longer look after cows or pigs.

I recently moved my neighbor’s neighbor to the city. Her son bought a large house and immediately took her mother. She was just happy, immediately came to me with good news, invited her guests. I already had time to visit her. Children just love her, she helps to look after her grandchildren and do household chores. To be honest, I envy, because I also wanted to get out of my old little hut, which flowed the roofs, rolled the floor and settled walls, a good house or apartment for children. They looked at me, and I would help them. And it is sad to sit in the old house all day. So when my daughter called me and told that we were going to watch the apartment, I was sure that they wanted to take me to my city.

I did not wait for a minibus, called myself a taxi on this occasion and rushed to the children. It turned out that they bought a large three -room apartment in a new building. The house has already been put into operation. My children took the apartment with a turnkey repair, that is, everything was ready for settlement. I was struck by the fact that the apartment was very big and light. Spacious kitchen, individual toilet and bathroom, large light corridor, three bedrooms and two loggias. What else can you want? Since the children had already bought a 3-room apartment and invited me to look at it, I decided that they were exactly planning to take me to themselves. When I asked where my room was, my daughter replied that they would not find a place for me.

They plan the second child, so they don’t have rooms for me. I almost burst into tears, somehow restrained, but my daughter realized that I was upset. She didn’t just not calm me down, but said that I had spoiled them with a surprise. I said I was still in the city, so I just turned around and went to a stop to go home. I walked and cried. I thought: did I make a mistake in raising my daughter somewhere? Maybe I was a bad mom? I realized that children did not guilty, that it was their apartment, that I cannot claim there, but my daughter knows that I can no longer look after the house and the garden that I dream of living in the city, next to them. Why then did not find a place for my daughter?
