Mom rarely visited me, but mostly lived far without putting into my education. Once she returned to the pregnant woman from Transcarpathia, asked my grandmother to sell an apartment for her new family and went when her grandmother refused.

We lost my connection and later I learned that she had another son. Years passed, I looked after her grandmother until the last days of her life. She died suddenly without making a will. During the funeral, my mother fell out and stated that she would move to her grandmother’s apartment with her son, considering it her right, because she is the only daughter of her grandmother. Mom said I would be allocated a room.

I was upset because I looked after my grandmother in this house for many years until my mother was. Our relatives got to her side, saying that she was her home too. However, my grandmother and I always wanted the apartment to be mine. Now I’m in a difficult situation: can I legally claim an apartment that was always my house rather than my mother?
