Many people are faced with a problem such as building on the mesh, so we decided to share the solution of this trouble.

Everyone knows that it is forbidden to build a minimum of a meter on the mesh, when you build something on your site, especially in the case of building a house.

And now our neighbor built a two -story extension to his house and he did it on the mezh. At first we were not particularly worried about this until he began to build an attachment on this extension with a window to our site. It was the window that was very upset us.

When we realized what he was going to do, we first decided to talk to his neighbor, but he answered us that he was already planned and he was not going to change the project of the house only because we did not like the window that comes to our site.

Then we went to the local architecture of our city, where we were told that the neighbor really violates the law, but we still will not be able to do anything, since he will not remove the extension in any case. Even if we sue him and of course we will win it, then this will still not bring any result, because nothing threatens the neighbor for failure to fulfill the court decision.

A small barn was built next to the neighboring extension, and we decided to redo it a little, namely, to make it higher and build the roof so that it covers the window of the neighbor’s house. Like this:

But before proceeding with the alteration, we warned the neighbor that we plan to make a high roof that would block the view from its window. By the way, our sheds were built according to all the rules and we retreated from the boundary when it was built, the right distance, although this is not a capital structure.

This is how it looks now, and we are satisfied with what happened.
